This is a fantastic dog lead, wish I'd found it sooner! Customer service was brilliant, fast delivery & great comms. Had it less than a week but first impressions are very good - my dog runs well next to me, no pulling & the handle is great if I need to pull her in closer when passing people or stopping at roads etc. This is a great product & I fully recommend! Thanks Barkswell for making my dog walks/runs hands free & more fun :) A brilliant family business, will be recommending to everyone!
Works really well fits round waist with pockets for phone, kibble, poo bags have sucessfully started running my large german shepherd with it and its great to run hands free
Very strongly made, though my Shepherds isn’t a strong puller. The pockets on the waist belt are made from very folded in plastic which is not very supple, this makes it difficult to get your fingers in while running for treats etc. The bungee lead is very strong but the hand grip close to the dog is difficult to just slip your hands in because it is very closed and flat. So contemplating 2stars. The belt can also feel a bit “lumpy” and dig in to the waistline while running.
I thought the card and gift were a lovely touch - I like the thought of supporting a growing company. The lead is very robust for my English bull terrier and takes the weight off me holding onto a lead when running. My only criticism is he’s a touch distracted by the bright orange tab near his head.
Brilliant item , makes such a difference going out for a run, much safer and the handle for a shorter lead is a wonderful idea, very well packed , and super fast postage, barkswell couldn't be more helpful , and communication was spot on. Will use again for sure and recommended to everyone
